A longtime New York resident, Hassam Khan stands out as a respected business leader in the Staten Island community with interests in the food retail, transit, and real estate sectors. Regarding his pursuits in the food industry, Hassam Khan leads as the director of a bagel shop and gourmet deli in Staten Island as well as an organic supermarket in Queens. Beyond the regular day-to-day responsibilities required to operate the two businesses , he often attends food trade shows to stay up to date on trends and products and to develop relationships with companies and vendors.

Mr. Khan also deals with multiple residential rental properties and transit terminal hubs in New York and New Jersey. In addition to drafting feasibility reports and creating business models for these properties, he ensures that all insurance and design requirements are met by working closely with a team of lawyers, architects, contractors, and marketing consultants.
